Difference between Agents and Managers
Agents have the key to allow someone to get to the platform. They can add them by a click on a button and that allows the star/brand to get to CreatorHub. In this case they do not need an accessNFT. The agent is their ‘ticket’ to enter. And of course an agent will support the brands and stars by telling others about the brand clubs to help them grow and get the word out.
If the brand/star wants access to all the training, resources and tools, they can Access Level 2 of the StarStake Brandclub and/or the Astra Level 3. The Astra Level three will give them an accelerated start, where the StarStake Team will help them succeed.
A Manager is much more hands-on and does the work FOR the star/brand. They will access their account (Creatorhub) and build a brand club and a star profile for them. They do the work FOR the brands and stars. And they can charge a fee for doing that. In this case the brands and stars don’t need to invest in the level 2 and level 3 brandclub for tools and recourses, they just ‘hire’ the manager to do that for them. A StarStake Manager therefore has to know how things work. How to do it.
You can be both, an agent and a manager. It’s entirely up to you.
You can also become a manager later on and start as an agent. Everything is possible.

Income of a StarStake Agent
An Agent receives 5% royalties, from all the sales from all the brands and stars that an agent has brought to StarStake. This 5% comes from the fee that goes to StarStake. It is NOT something the brands and stars have to pay extra. No costs, only the benefit of having a supporter, and someone closeby who knows the ins and outs.
How does it work to stay a StarStake Agent?
Every StarStake agent receives a specific amount of credits. Let’s say 10.
That means that you can start with granting 10 stars and brands access to StarStake.
And depending on their behaviour, the agent will receive more credits.
This is to protect the quality of brands and stars using StarStake.

Income of a StarStake Manager
A StarStake manager does the work. They build, the market, they promote. Or they offer a package deal: Do the set up, do the orientation, do the management and help them grow. Or offer a front-end and/or a back-end service. And they can charge a fixed fee for the initial build and/or a percentage of the revenue, eg 10%. This 10% is coming from the brand/star and this agreement will be entered as a smart contract, so that automatically from every sale, 10% is deducted and going to the manager.
